Professional Profile
Richard is a former state assistant attorney general and law
clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court who brings extensive
civil and criminal litigation experience to the firm. He is
a member of numerous professional and civic organizations and
has served as a member of the Board of Delegates and the Chair
of the Criminal Law Bench Bar Committee of the Rhode Island
Bar Association. Richard has tried cases in the state and federal
courts of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
