Jay concentrates his practice in the field of healthcare law. A
former law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals, Jay
assists a wide variety of healthcare clients, including physicians,
nurses, midwives, dentists, hospitals and other healthcare facilities,
in meeting their business and organizational needs. Jay also
represents clients in connection with their professional liability
defense. He is a frequent lecturer on topics such as HIPAA compliance,
risk management and operating healthcare practices, and is an
